REGISTERING A APPLICATION REFERRAL

STEP 5 – CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATION REFERRAL

Upon receipt of the notifications the RESPONDENT will be granted 3 (three) working days to (a) confirm the information supplied and documentation uploaded by the Applicant and (b) upload their Heads of Argument, if so warranted.

To lodge said confirmation and upload documentation, the RESPONDENT will follow the directions provided in the email and/or SMS received to create and log into his own profile.

Once logged in the RESPONDENT shall be diverted to an information template where they will be requested to confirm and/or amend the information and/or documentation initially provided by the APPLICANT and/or also upload their own documentation. Once finalized the RESPONDENT will then be positioned to lodge the confirmation and/or documentation required. Said confirmation notice and documentation will be sent to both the APPLICANT and Registrar. .

Upon receipt thereof the APPLICANT will be invoiced the prescribed fee as set out in the Application Fee Schedule, for the hearing of the Application by an Arbitrator. The Applicant will solely unless otherwise agreed to between the Parties will carry the costs relating to the arbitration process. These fees will include (a) the admin fee due and owing for the usage of the platform and (b) the costs relating to the appointed Arbitrator.

The repayment of said costs or portion thereof will be argued by the Parties and decided upon by the Arbitrator during the course of the formal hearing.
