Once a dispute arises the user can then log into their profile and register their dispute. The rules applicable to the registration of a new dispute will depend on whether or not the dispute is commercial or labour related. These rules can be viewed and downloaded from the website by clicking on the RULES navigation button.
All users (individuals or entities) will be positioned to register disputes on the platform without incurring any costs.
The user will then become the APPLICANT.
The APPLICANT will then be requested to supply information relating –
Once completed and confirmed by the Applicant the ADR ACCESS platform will send a NOTICE OF DISPUTE AND STATEMENT OF CASE to the RESPONDENT.
